There is a comfortably furnished living room with a fireplace, piano and a dining area that could comfortably seats ten. There is also a large family room on the first floor and a spacious porch overlooking the ocean, community boat dock and association beach which is located on a short path from the property. The renters will also have the use of an oversized row boat moored at the dock..

The property is part of the Juniper Point summer colony where you can choose to take advantage of activities in the community house as well as the tennis program. The facility has clay courts and a tennis and activity director in residence. There are some special activities planned for children. (example: a weekly movie night)
